"The potential for mystical experience is the natural birthright of all human beings."

Stanislav Grof

Holotropic Breathwork®

Quiet your mind and open your heart with Holotropic Breathwork! I am a certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitator with extensive training and facilitation experience. Holotropic Breathwork creates an expanded state of consciousness which allows physical and emotional feelings to surface, commonly leading to experiences such as healing, insights, heightened creativity, feelings of interconnectedness, rejuvenation, and mystical experiences. I offer periodic workshops at the tranquil Land First Community development in the beautiful Okanagon near Enderby, B.C.

Holotropic Breathwork is a proven method for inducing expanded states of consciousness created by Stanislav Grof, M.D. and his late wife Christina in 1975. The components include deeper and accelerated breathing, curated evocative music, and mandala drawing. The music/breath room, art room, and outdoor nature spaces are all consciously prepared to create an idyllic setting for breathwork.

Holotropic Breathwork stands out from other breathwork practices as it provides a foundation for greater depth exploration and integration. Breathwork facilitators have taken 600+ hours of training over at least two years and commit to ongoing educational requirements and self-development. Grof Transpersonal Training is an exceptional, safe, and ideal training for facilitating non-ordinary states of consciousness explorations.
