As a "depth" coach, I value the exploration of the unconscious psyche as the most valuable resource for solving life's problems, unleashing your creativity, and following your soul's path.
The unconscious communicates through symbol and image. We will explore your unconscious through a variety of methods that include dreamwork, drawing, somatic exploration, or meditative journeys. The treasures we find are then brought into consciousness and integrated, which supports differentiation and living your life fully.
