I am a Soul Centered Coach trained in the work of Carl Jung and Stanislav Grof using transformative coaching and facilitation practices. I provide services that connect with the unconscious psyche to promote psychological growth, life transformation, and healing. As a natural healer my heuristic process is empowering and led by your inner wisdom.

I work with people from various backgrounds during times of transition and transformation, helping them uncover their true nature, tap into their unique creativity, integrate significant or non-ordinary experiences, and heal from psychological wounds.

I believe that meaningful symbols hold wisdom from your unconscious psyche which leads me to incorporate dreamwork, art, oracles, active imagination, somatic and mythical exploration into my coaching practice.
